Existing Dogwood, Azalea, and Kwanzan cherry are joined by new flowering Viburnun and Abelia.

The front of the house is lower than the street

The lengthy driveway dumps rainwater at an amazing volume and rate. In addition to underground drainage solutions, above-ground stone stream beds convey the water safely into the back yard stream.

The bamboo was existing and the homeowners keep it at bay, the best they can. We lighted it for nightime enjoyment!

We replaced unattractive concrete paths and patio, and derelict plants, with natural stone and deer-resistant plants.
