I chose Chippendale Red Brown Lockwood Dye to color the bench to match the deep door color, then applied three coats of Waterlox Original Satin Finish.

The 84" long bench rests on a pipe chase shelf in the back and is leveled to the uneven farmhouse floor with mahogany blocks below the front legs

This free standing Teak Bench was installed for friends in Gaithersburg. It is 70" long and 16" deep and seats three along the bay window next to the teak breakfast table. Here it is on display at The Davis Arts Center in Easton, MD during the Fall Open Studios Weekend before delivery.
