This home is just up from Shoreline Drive but had a sunken patio and a driveway interferring with the beautiful view. By reconfiguring the layout, moving the driveway and garage door we were able to create a more user friendly outdoor space. The clean lines and geometric shapes of the concrete give a contemporary feel, while the plant palette softens the look.
