This Santa Barbara project won - 2019 Santa Barbara Beautiful Annual Award for Green Residential Home-Small Lot. The design was created by local Architect Stephanie D Poole and installed by Ashley Farrell Landscape.The natural stone wall providers a place for neighbors to sit and chat while out on their dog walks. The drought-tolerant plants are all on a automated drip irrigation system and replace a lawn and chain link fencing. The long narrow driveway doubles as a bocce ball court. The vertical plantings along the driveway is broken up with artful laser cut panels ensuring that every space on this small lot is usable.
