This project was an interior remodel with a 2-story rear addition added to a newly purchased middle flat. The client had deeded rights to the rear yard so we built a 2-story, one room addition off the rear of the property. This gave the upper tenant a useful rear deck, and added a bedroom & basement 'office' to our clients middle flat. This essentially gave the condo, the look and feel of a single family residence.
