Rosemary joined Warshauer in 2006, as a Builder Sales Specialist, after working as a Design Consultant in the new home building industry. Her expertise is in the residential new home market. Rosemary acts as the Builders’ design consultant and meets with the new homebuyers to assist with their lighting design questions and their electrical option selection process. She holds a Certified Green Professional Designation. Rosemary also sits on the Board of Directors for Shore Builders Association and the New Jersey Builders Association.
