I have been working with this company for all my electrical needs for jobs throughout the State of New Jersey. Although most of my needs are met through the contractors desk, I have had the pleasure of working with Pam Merklinger on a few home remodels. She helped suggest lighting for areas of the remodel which was helpful to update and beautify the completion.

Pam Merklinger was instrumental in the selection of indoor and outdoor lighting for a beach house on Long Beach Island. She painstakingly made sure all items were received when promised and hand packed a Fine Art chandelier piece by piece to make sure it was received undamaged. She always responded back in a timely manner and was there to help with any questions or concerns that came up.

During my kitchen renovation, I was very confused with LED overhead lighting. I walked into Warshauer Electric a total novice and truthfully extremely frustrated. Within a matter of minutes Bud and Dana educated me on various color outputs, the difference between 3000k and 2700k, the type of under the cabinets lights I should install and basically calmed my nerves. They were extremely professional and knowledgeable when answering all my questions. Bud took the time to review my kitchen plans and he positioned all the lighting for me. I felt very comfortable working with them and would highly recommend Warshauer for all your lighting needs.

As a home builder we need to deal with a reputable, reliable company, which is just what Warshauer is. The employees are knowledgeable and courteous and always a pleasure to deal with.

My husband and were very fortunate to run into a customer who referred us to Warshauer Electric. After having visited multiple lighting stores, I was discouraged about the lighting part of our kitchen renovation. When I contacted Warshauer, I spoke to Dana and was immediately sold on their customer service after just that first conversation. She was professional and personable, very accommodating. Upon visiting the store/showroom in Tinton Falls, NJ, we found the second reason for the success of this company! We worked with Bud who walked us though the purchase of four ceiling fans and the pendant light and recessed lighting for the kitchen. He detailed what we should ask our contractor to install and best of all gave us outstanding prices. Dana then followed up with us to keep us informed of the status of our order which was delivered to our house on a timely fashion. To sum up my experience with Warshauer, I would say that I am extremely satisfied with the exemplary service that Dana and Bud provided. I would definitely return if I have a need for lighting supplies and I will continue to refer them to friends looking to make such purchases. As far as I am concerned, going anywhere else would result in overpaying and lackluster service!
