The clients live and work between Europe and Florida. The clients were overseas, and a mere 6 days before their parents were set to arrive at this Florida home, both of the upstairs AC units malfunctioned and flooded the 3rd floor, as well as a significant portion of the 2nd floor. We were able to set up efficient containment zones so that their parents could still utilize the Master suite, the Kitchen and Dining Area, and the 1st floor cinema/game area (all of these areas were unaffected by the flood). The clients also wanted a change from the damaged bamboo flooring to luxurious walnut...which required us to remove all of the undamaged handrails and stair treads, sand, and re-stain them to match their replacement flooring. We were able to restore their home to like new condition in a matter of 6 weeks. This project was full of fun challenges and we enjoyed it greatly - especially when we saw how happy they were!
