Seamless Wine Wall Integration

Clients in Houston, Texas were looking to replace a built-in buffet with a wine wall to store and display their wine collection. We converted half of the space into a temperature-controlled wine wall behind frameless glass doors.

Our clients selected double-deep wine racks in matte black with a label-forward design with a capacity of 110+ bottles. Below the wine racks is new white oak cabinetry that can be used for décor as well as bulk wine storage to increase the capacity. The cabinetry matches a mantel and other light woods used throughout the open concept space. The quartz countertop on the wine wall matches the countertop in the kitchen and on the adjacent bar. The Alamo Random stone on the back wall adds interest without taking away from the wine as the focal point.

We incorporated an LED strip in the soffit to light the space and finished the ceiling with white oak to blend in with the space.

This seamless integration is a great example of updating an existing space with a wine wall that is both practical and functional.
