This project consisted of a multi-phased renovation and expansion of a magnificent ocean-side manor house in southern Massachusetts. In addition to a new Boat House project, MMA embarked upon designing for substantial renovations to the manor house proper consisting of a new Kitchen, Breakfast Nook, Living and Dining rooms, and an all new Master Suite.

To allow family members direct access to the new Kitchen wing, a stairway was created that sets back from the French door fenestration allowing maximum light and views while creating an ideal vertical communication between the two floors.
