Second Story Simplicity

The 1,000sf house was literally doubled, with a complete second story addition and full interior remodel. The former 2-Bed, 1-Bath home is now a 4-Bed, 3-Bath home in only 2,000sf. A large covered front porch, many large windows, and an open concept first floor plan make this home feel spacious and inviting.

The front porch spans the width of the house, providing a buffer between house, yard, and street. The generous space is an extension of the home and offers an outdoor living space as well as dry entry for visitors.

One Bedroom was removed to create a large Living and Dining space, directly off the entry. The Stair was added to the new second floor. The existing first floor Hall Bath and one Bedroom remain.
