When the Shervy/Main couples came to us, their beautiful condo overlooking a golf course in Rancho Mirage was dates and a little dark even with white cabinets.
We eliminated a large mirrored bar area and updated with large roll out trays for liquor bottles. We also cut back a wall between the kitchen and great room to create a more open feeling, and also added a small seating area at the overhang.
This kitchen is rather large for a condo kitchen, and has tons and tons of drawer storage! We added some smart features such as tray dividers to the left and right of the range, pull out shelves in the pantry, and a trash/recycle cabinet next to the sink for easy access when loading the dishwasher. We finished the kitchen off with bar pulls, and a very pretty quartz that looks like marble.
