Concrete steppers reference the kitchen’s tile backsplash designed by the client. Custom designed Corten steel planters create a sculptural focal point and provide easy care raised herb and vegetable garden beds.

Regrading to solve drainage issues and adding a floating wood deck turned an unusable, constantly soggy backyard into a place to relax and host gourmet dinner parties featuring homegrown produce.

This dog friendly design features a perimeter path between the fence and the plantings was designed to allow the dog to patrol the yard while not damaging the plantings. All the plants were selected to be canine safe.
