The fire pit is not really warm enough to keep you warm on cold days. The deck has a snowmelt system. No shoveling

The sink is no longer made by Kohler. The tub is from waterworks. Ouch $$$. Did you notice the door knobs? I ordered about 10 differnet ones before deciding on this one.

No recessed lights in the house. I almost never advocate recessed lites. We used landscape lites here. How do you like the sprinklers?

I love this kitchen. It is a large kitchen, and the layout is good. Nice and open. Functional but friendly. Open cabinets are great when there are a lot of guests. There are 2 DWs, 2 refrigerators, and a 5' long range. Walk in pantry
