Skokie Bath Remodel
Regency lives by the virtue that all bathrooms can be beautiful and practical! Our team combines durable materials, beautiful design and expert craftsmanship to complete these dream spaces. We applied this process to our Skokie bathroom remodel and the results can’t be beat!
Let’s start with the shower. In this area we installed horizontal 4×16 glazed subway tiles from the Lillis Collection in Gloss Ivory from daltile. Historically subway tile has been used in kitchen and bathrooms since the early 1900s. It is homage to early architecture suitable for classic and modern design. To complement the simplicity of the subway tiles we added a beautiful mosaic tile by North Star Ceramics in Stone Medley. Next, we installed a state of the art sliding glass shower door system by Kohler from the Levity Collection. The simplicity of the Kohler Levity design accentuates the expert tile work while providing exceptional durability. We also installed new Grohe shower fixtures from the Ultra Collection. The Grohe Ultra 5 shower head features 5 different massage settings for a custom shower experience.
We installed 12×24 porcelain floor tiles by Santino in Chiaro throughout the bathroom and installed a new Kohler Cimmaron toilet. We completed the space with a new vanity by Bertch in the style osage in the color harvest. We added a Grohe Eurosmart Cosmopolitan basin and a Kohler Caxton faucet to complete this remodel. All fixtures, toilet, vanity and glass door were purchased from our friends at Studio 41.
