The original 1950's 800 sq ft 3 bedroom cottage required additional living space and was asking to embrace the potential views of Outermost Harbor sound to the southeast. We added a second floor moving all bedrooms to the top level and created a view deck facing south. The downstairs was completely renovated with the addition of an updated kitchen, dining nook, powder room and gas fireplace. A smaller TV/sitting room was added for privacy from the living/kitchen/dining areas.
