This project involved a substantial addition and renovation of a tract house in Southampton, New York on Long Island's East End. The family wanted more space for cooking and entertaining, along with a more distinctive exterior. The kitchen, family room and guest bedrooms were relocated into a large addition, making space for a large formal dining room and small changes to the existing façade made the house look more distinctive.
