This before photo shows the massive whirlpool tub that had been framed with tile and included built-in planters on either side. The tub was unused by the owners, who wanted a more functional soaking tub.

In this before photo, you can see the single pedestal sink that was being used by the two owners. This layout lacks counter space and storage space. There is also a large portion of wall to the right of the sink that was not being utilized.
