A 1925 Spanish Colonial Revival designed by Architects Marston and Van Pelt. Beautiful rich carved wood moldings and doors appoint this home in every direction. Our challenge was to update the look for a young family in order to make it their own. Durable crisp white Crypton fabric, fresh turquoise and coral accents as well as a more contemporary look to the lighting paired with an antique 100 + year old rug are what create interest.
