Upscale Boathouse

This traditionally ranch style property was inspired by the four elements of the earth-water, earth and fire and wind. This became the guiding influence for each outdoor space.
Perfect for entertaining, the backyard offers lounge areas, a new outdoor kitchen with BBQ area and two new decks surrounding the pool. A meditation area and hammock pad was added next to the patio with a fire pit. Resort inspired furniture was selected for the outdoor spaces including a dining area, bar area, two lounge areas, two outdoor living spaces and the mediation pad.
Inside the home, we have incorporated elements of old Alhambra, high-end details of the Montage hotel and the relaxed feeling of Poi-Pu beach where our clients own a vacation home. Blues, grays and creams are the predominate colors throughout this home. A relaxed boathouse atmosphere is carried from the living room with its exposed wood trusses to the rest of the home.
Our design incorporates traditional pieces mixed with Asian influenced tables and hotel inspired furniture. The master bedroom is calm and serene in keeping with the Coastal Luxury brand that Talianko Design Group is known for.
