The concept behind the remodel of this well-crafted home in central Austin was to open up the modest and broken-up public spaces from the original floor plan and to provide a more generous public space that completely opens up to the new ipe deck. The shaded outdoor kitchen provides an open-air living area for entertaining, dining, and socializing. Built-in shelving and entertainment center complement the indoor living room, and a beautiful honed marble kitchen anchors and supports the entire space.
