The Summit House is located in Portland winding West Hills with a 5-peak view. The project was a whole house transformation plus addition. The existing roof was and the majority of the view side walls were removed to take advantage of the mountain and city views. The interior was completely gutted and re-organized. The spaces are filled with natural light and open to the expansive views while still maintaining a private and comfortable fee.
