This 1920’s era Main Line property underwent a complete exterior renovation. The existing swimming pool was rehabilitated, utilizing new modern equipment with traditional materials. Perimeter walls and piers comprised of matching stone were used in combination with tall hedging to add privacy and establish an inward focus to the garden. Parterres edged with Boxwood flank the stone and brick paved terraces. New understory trees step down the vertical scale from the mature tree-lined perimeter to the flat plane surrounding the pool area.
