Taming a Jungle

The look of this home is greatly improved by relocating and removing the overgrowth of planting in the front of the house. There area in the center of the large circular drive was a large cavernous hole which was filled with soil. Palisades zoyzia stabilized the soil and enhanced the presentation of the home.

The foundation plantings are thinned and the look is greatly improved.

Many of the overcrowded plants are relocated and the large basin in front of the home is filled in. The lawn opens up the space and the view to the home creating a welcoming entrance.

The knee wall is now visible and although the transplanted dwarf palmettos are not yet leaved out. The space is now gracious and inviting.

This is the view from the knee wall across the low space to the street. The knee wall isn't even visible from the street.

Several large soft wood trees had to be removed to open the front and to allow for regrading the space.
