The Greyson

An empty skinny infill lot in central Guelph was left undeveloped for years. With heritage designation and tight boundaries, a plan was developed to make a dream home a reality. The roofline was chosen to provide a modern historic influence. Interiors were developed with European inspiration but pared down with modern influences to simplify the overall aesthetic.
