The Braxton

This full-home renovation transforms a traditional residence into a streamlined, modern living environment with a focus on improved flow, functionality, and contemporary finishes. The interior layout was reworked to create an open-concept connection between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, allowing for better circulation and natural light throughout. A custom-designed kitchen serves as the focal point of the main floor, featuring full-height cabinetry, integrated appliances, and a spacious central island ideal for both daily use and entertaining.

Bathrooms were completely updated with walk-in showers, modern tile selections, and custom vanities, reflecting a clean and minimalist aesthetic. Functional spaces such as the laundry room and mudroom were enhanced with durable materials and built-in storage to support the needs of a busy household. New hardwood flooring and a redesigned staircase bring cohesion and warmth to the interior, while updated lighting and electrical systems add a polished, modern atmosphere. Select exterior upgrades, including refined entry and siding elements, were completed to align the home's outward appearance with its refreshed, contemporary interior.
