The Client's original concrete patio had settled over the years and actually was sloped backwards towards the house which allowed rain & snow to flow down into foundation soil and leak into the basement. We also rerouted the downspouts into solid drain pipes all around the house to prevent other leaks. I also did several other projects such as remodeling their kitchen, replaced their windows, & misc. repairs.
