With its sleek modern architecture and timeless finishes, The Stella Hotel is truly one-of-a-kind. Completed in 2017, it was the first independent full-service hotel in Bryan-College Station, Texas. Our approach started with collaboration and a consultation with the architect. We provided product documentation, specifications, project management approaches, and streamlined the new construction of the commercial roofing assembly by obtaining FAA clearance for certified crane operators ahead of time. We also provided concrete experts who could perform onsite moisture testing to assist College Station roofers. This reduced the wait time for assembly installation. Because of the workmanship, materials, and architectural design, extended warranty coverage was also applied to the hotel’s assembly.
