Traditions at Northgate
Schulte Roofing delivered a fast and highly detailed renovation for the 72,770-sq-ft Traditions at Northgate student community. The five-story, fully occupied structure required timed crane access, narrow staging lanes, and a precisely installed TPO system supported by engineered expansion joints. The project reflects the level of coordination and finish typically associated with Schulte Roofing’s large College Station roofing projects, which we have carried out in active residential environments.
