On this project we built a new kitchen and breakfast room addition onto the back of the house. The existing kitchen was removed and the space expanded towards the back yard. A breakfast room was built next to the kitchen with a sliding glass door leading to a new deck. On the front of the house we built a small shed roof extension to give the clients a covered entry as well as installing a new sidewalk. All exposed brick on the house was painted and the siding and roofing were both replaced in full.
