Wyman Park Bath, 2016

This is a small hall bath which was in serious need of updating. We reworked the layout and added some interest with more modern tile and fixture choices. There is an accent wall of tile done in a glass herringbone pattern. The tub screen is frameless glass with wall mount hinges.

The large vanity provides plenty of storage with two drawer stacks. We also added a 3-panel recessed medicine cabinet. The large skylight lets in lots of natural light. - ADR Builders

The use of a hinged tub screen here was a great solution for the clients. They wanted a cleaner look than a sliding door or shower curtain, and the hinged glass provides easy access to the control valve. - ADR Builders

Here is a good shot of the vanity. We used a Corain counter with an integral bowl. This is a great low maintenance option that is easy to keep clean and not too expensive. - ADR Builders

This is a detail shot of the accent wall in the tub surround. We used a white subway on two of the shower walls with a glass subway, set in a herringbone pattern on the first wall you see as you enter the room. A white pencil tile helps cap the glass and frame the space. - ADR Builders
