Originally built in 1972, this Modified two story required a complete makeover and major remodeling. New front entry entry was relocated and designed to provide a grand sense of entry. Beside the front porch and bay french door access to the new front patio, the existing footprint was not altered. The new addition was constructed over the existing single story portion of the home and provided the space for a new Master bedroom suite and additional height for the Living room. The kitchen was completely remodeled and open to the existing family room. A new Study was designed in place of the original entry, while the new entry Foyer was moved from its original confined location to a more central location and open to the living room, opening up the space for the new Study in its place at the front of the home.
