The remodeled commercial space was transformed from a clothing store into a working floral studio. We created a potting shed feel by whitewashing the entire space and using tongue and groove paneling throughout. We built a cash wrap station with a white plexiglass countertop, and a working island that Ria could use to not only build her flower arrangements, but also as a teaching space. The white color palette is complemented by black accents and a green front door made to match a Kate Spade green box. To create a strong focal point, we had a local artist paint black frames on a white wall, both to pull clients in as well as showcase photographs of her past creations. A black bench offered curb appeal when placed in front of the large store windows, offset by black pots filled with boxwood topiaries flanking the front door.
