We created a long range plan to guide the development of this 70-acre site with its wooded slopes, open meadows, ponds and streams, into a rural family retreat. The initial phase included a swimming pool and pool house, designed with Alan Wanzenberg Architects, that fit along the slope at the edge of the woodland and the meadow.
