Two Trees Residence

VFLA provided full interior and exterior renovation services to an existing 14 stall horse barn with a 1,600 square foot apartment on the second floor. Outdoor living and entertaining was achieved through the addition of a two car garage and exterior deck, including covered outdoor dining spaces, outdoor living room and kitchen, two fireplaces, and a custom in-ground water feature. The design features two open riser staircases, one being curved, lit with LED toe-kick lighting. The exterior façade was upgraded with all new windows, stone, and stained cedar board and batten siding.
