In 2006, Glickman Schlesinger Architects gut-renovated this Tudor City apartment, converting a two-bedroom into a one-bedroom apartment with an office and sleeping area to meet the owner’s needs. In 2011, the owner bought the adjacent apartment and wanted to combine it with his old apartment without disturbing the original renovation. Glickman Schlesinger Architects replaced the one bedroom with two new bedrooms, a new master bathroom, built-in millwork and new lighting throughout.
