Unionville Kitchen
This beautiful Unionville home needed a major kitchen renovation.
My client’s three kids are all grown up and so now it was time to give her the kitchen of her dreams. The first two items on the wish list were a very large double bowl sink and a 42″ side by side fridge. She got them both!
The client has a separate dining room but still wanted some seating in the kitchen. So I created the stainless steel framed island which also acts as the cleanup station with dishwasher and garbage and extra counter space.
The opposite wall of the kitchen had an existing fireplace but no cabinetry or storage. Therefore I designed built in cabinetry matching the kitchen on both sides of the fireplace. Here she can now store seasonal and larger dishes, glassware or vases. We extended the fireplace to go all the way to the ceiling and we cladded it in an Aspen White marble tile from Stonetile and custom stainless steel strips as an added detail. The fireplace doors were also replaced to one in stainless steel.
