After our careful process of identifying the client's personal tastes, preferences and lifestyle, we got to work transforming her home. We created and implemented a custom color palette, introduced luxurious materials and finishes where appropriate (marble headboard, tapestry-grade window ware, custom silk pillows and bedding), and modified existing components where more realistic (such as windows and ceilings). We created a lighting plan and designed and carried out a detailed furniture and furnishings plan calling for furred out walls, replaced flooring, and custom window seats with all kinds of hidden storage components. In the end, no corner of the apartment was untouched, and our client blossomed into her normal, social butterfly self. She reported rave reviews from the book club, grateful applause from the family, and a serious nod of approval from her new boyfriend (now husband and co-parent!). And the upgrades resulted in a tremendous increase in value inspiring the homeowner to cash in and upgrade further.
