This yard started off as a barren wasteland of dead Bermuda grass. The client said she wanted a prairie of native wildflowers and grasses and naturalized woodlands. Over the course of 15 years, this yard has been adaptively managed to evolve into a healthy ecosystem. The beauty of this yard is not in a grand design, but rather in the small spaces and intimate snapshots.
