Venice Beach Rental Bungalow

A cozy beach bungalow in Venice Beach, California. The renters of this property hired The Property Sisters to make their home more livable for the next 5 years. Marilynn focused on maintaining the location's relaxed beach vibes by maximizing the available light and implementing soft, welcoming colors. Allison and her team gave the space new paint, updated lighting, hardware on the kitchen cabinets, new windows and together, the Sisters successfully relieved the space from its constrained environment and transformed it into a charming and airy beach house.
