At Veteran Avenue, Studio Construct completed a full-scale home remodel that balanced simplicity with craftsmanship. Working in collaboration with the designer, we focused on refining both the kitchen and primary suite layouts to maximize flow and function while preserving the home’s original character.

We restored the existing oak flooring by sanding and polishing it to bring out its natural warmth and grain. The project also included a custom kitchen build, bespoke tilework in the guest bathroom, and a full interior and exterior repaint, giving the home a fresh, cohesive finish.

The result is a timeless renovation that feels both clean and intentional — a quiet transformation that celebrates the home’s original details through thoughtful updates.
