For the Fifth Street residence, Studio Construct completed a comprehensive renovation of the primary bathroom. Working closely with the design team, the goal was to enhance both functionality and refinement within the existing footprint.

The renovation included expanding the shower, adding a new door between the bathroom and closet for better privacy, and integrating custom vanity cabinetry for a tailored finish. We also ran new electrical to accommodate sconces flanking the mirrors, adding warmth and layered lighting.

Textural wallcovering and detailed millwork bring depth and sophistication to the space — creating a primary suite that feels elevated, intentional, and serene.
