For this home on Marion Way, Studio Construct completed a full gut renovation of the primary bathroom in collaboration with the interior design team. The goal was to create a moody, atmospheric retreat that balanced drama with subtle craftsmanship.

Because the existing space had no natural light, we designed and built a custom faux window using reeded glass with a concealed LED strip — casting a soft, diffused glow that mimics daylight. Architectural details such as arched openings, hidden doors, and seamless baseboards elevate the room’s clean lines and continuity.

Every element was built to honor the designer’s vision — transforming a closed, dated bathroom into a serene and immersive experience.
