This fun young couple was looking to update their Virginia Beach, VA condo. The busy professionals hired DBE to assist them in designing several rooms in their home including the living room, dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. These clients did their research ahead of time and knew exactly what they wanted for their home making the selections process very easy.

After all of the design and selections were complete, we teamed up with Neptune Kitchen and Bath to take care of executing the remodel. Owner Bob Stahl and his talented crew of craftsman locally built custom full access cabinets that included deep pots and pans drawers, roll out shelves, a double trash pullout, and a specially made tall cubby cabinet by the refrigerator to house wine and other small items. The baby blue cabinets were paired with oversized Champagne Bronze hardware, white quartz counter tops, stacked subway tile with dark grout, and a deep single bowl apron front sink.

In the dining room we removed the wall to wall mirror to make room for the homeowner’s vision for a dark accent wall. We then added a modern chandelier with black and champagne bronze tones to tie it into the kitchen.

In addition to the custom cabinets, Neptune Kitchen and Bath also provided us with a custom sliding barn door to provide easy access to the adjoining laundry/utility room. In the living room a custom large oak mantle was installed over the fireplace and stained to match the new Luxury Vinyl plank floors.

To complete the remodel, we added LED recessed lights, a fresh coat of paint, and we continued the Luxury Vinyl plank floors throughout the rest of the condo including the bedrooms.
