Small lots are unfortunately the norm in Atlanta's popular Morningside neighborhood. But a great house and location meant a solution had to be found to add a proper pool, pool house, two car garage and multi-purpose room for friends and family. In the end, all of these desires were achieved with amazing design, an approved variance and top-quality building.
The high point of this project was the combined functionality and smart layout in the accessory building. Utilizing a split-level design, kitchenette and full bath could flow seamlessly to the porch and pool while upstairs a multipurpose room serves every family need and downstairs a generous two car garage provided protection and storage.
Details made the great layout sing! Outside beautiful woodwork, copper gutters, mitered corners and exquisite stone. Inside an exceptional wall of custom millwork that provides storage, bed space, lounging and charm. Not to mention a super functional kitchenette and beautiful full bath.
