We were very excited to build this very innovative and modern geothermal home in Seven Devils.

We installed a type of radiant heat called Warmboard. It is more conductive than other radiant panels and results in comfortable temperatures and lower heating bills.

One entire wall of the home was constructed to essentially be one large window that folds back for an open and airy home that opens right out to the back deck. This was a creative idea of the homeowner and allows them to make the most of the beautiful mountain views and weather.
