On this magnificent lakefront property, TERRAFIRMA embarked on the challenge of sculpting a terrace system and staircase along a steep incline leading to the water.

The project transcended mere functionality. Each element, from the stairs to the retaining walls, was envisioned as a work of art, featuring intricate planters filled with resilient flora carefully chosen to endure the lakeside winds and Michigan winters.

Here, the lakeside fire pit beckons, providing a cozy retreat beside the tranquil waters of Lake Columbia. Meanwhile, the path, cleverly terraced, unveils numerous patio spots, transforming this steep gradient into an extraordinary entertainment haven.
