Washington Square Condominium

k YODER design (kYd) renovated a one-bedroom, two-bath condominium overlooking Philadelphia’s Washington Square. The project encompassed architecture, interior design, and furniture selection – all with an eye toward pet-friendly accommodations.

The renovation brought a bright, modern look to the condo. Furnishings were selected to complement placement of the client’s art collection, including the Horizonte sectional sofa by Minotti, Torii orange swivel chair by Minotti, and Pond coffee table with back-painted glass from Minima.
