Water Mill pool house
Working with the architectural firm of Michael A. Lewis, AIA, the property was transformed. The pool location was changed so that the living room doors all open onto a limestone terrace surrounding the new 50' long pool and a new pool house. The details of the pool house were kept traditional but the interior space was opened up with cathedral ceilings and windows all around. A full bathroom, kitchenette, and a media center are all seamlessly included in the pool house. A full outdoor kitchen was designed and the teak dining table accommodates 12 under the extended pool house pergola.
