The word “Penthouse” deserves the very best design and project management available. We wanted to create a more modern space for this project; which required a lot of attention to detail and refacing quite a few materials. By removing the flooring, chair rail and front closest doors we were able drastically update the home with only a few changes. However we wanted to continue to bring a contemporary vibe to the space! We decided to repaint the walls, reface the fireplace with neutral stone and wood mantle to match the new hardwood flooring, update the kitchen counter tops and back splash with rich granite, as well as refurbish the entire en-suite. Their en-suite went from being one person friendly to having a custom two person shower, double vanity sink, and other gorgeous elements that were carried through to the second bathroom as well. Last, but not least, details like glass shelving and stone walls were added beside the fireplace, the exterior patio got upgraded tile and Hunter Douglas blinds were installed throughout the home. This Waterfront Penthouse transformed exquisitely and we’re proud to say the home owners were very happy.
